Cherie Nickel-Kelly
Cherie has worked in different ranges of employment starting with the Iwi Transition Agency (Te Puni Kokiri), Māori Land Court & Carlile Dowling. Coming from working in the legal profession for the past 15 years, she hopes to bring a little bit of that flavour with her, where she can assist our whānau, community & fellow staff at Te Kupenga Hauora - Ahuriri. She enjoys being part of such a dynamic & enthusiastic team.
In her spare time Cherie enjoys knitting, crochet & sewing. She also enjoys supporting her children in their sporting, learning & career activities.
Cherie says that her greatest achievement so far, is being able to assist her children in their journey in life. “I believe that if you give them a good foundation & they know you are always there to awhi & support them, then they will go out & do great things”, which Cherie proudly says they are doing.
