Kaitlin Pocock

Community Support Worker - Family Start
Joined the team June 2022

The thing Kaitlin loves most about her role is that she is continuously developing new knowledge shared from both other kaimahi and the whānau she is walking alongside.

Outside of work Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her partner and whānau, going for long drives and listening to music.

The most important message Kaitlin has for whānau and the community is that ideology of it taking a village to raise a child. No individual should have to walk this journey alone, we can walk it together.

Kaitlin's greatest achievement in life this far is going ahead with following her passion and studying a social work degree as a gateway into her dream career.

Kaitlin holds a Certificate in Study and Career Preparation - Level 4.  And is currently studying Bachelor of Social Work Level 7.
