Nicole was asked, "What do like most about your role/position?" Her reply was, "that we can provide relational, supportive, strength-based early intervention to support parents as they raise their babies."

Outside of mahi Nicole enjoys gardening, pottery, walking up Te Mata Peak, spending time with her puppy, husband and friends.

An important message Nicole has for whānau and the community is, "We are here to support, not judge."

Nicole's greatest achievement in life so far is caring for others. Welcoming people into her home and being a safe space for neighbours, friends, children and family. There’s nothing more important in life.
