Administrator / Receptionist

This position's key role is to actively participate and assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation's administrative and internal management systems and, to provide administrative assistance to the management team as required.

This position requires:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer and organisation skills
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills
  • An Office Management qualification
  • A current Full New Zealand drivers licence.
