Fixed Term position based around supporting youth to manage and develop their own decision making skills that will improve their well-being. This includes the provision of highly individualised support for young people (aged 16-18 years) who are not engaged in education or training, or have disengaged from their family support structure or are young parents receiving welfare assistance.

It is highly desirable that you have: A qualification in youth or social services at certificate level or higher.
