When Misty was asked how she would help whānau and the community, she replied, "I'm here to support our rangatahi and make sure they can achieve what they want in life".

When Misty was asked what she enjoys most about her mahi, her reply was, "engaging with people and building relationships".

Misty's interests outside of mahi are, catching up with friends and whānau; eating; laughing and socialising; travelling as much as she can (especially to see her moko).

When Misty was asked what her greatest achievements in life are she replied, "my three girls & my moko are my greatest achievement, and having the best supportive husband".
