Make a Real Impact for Māori Whānau in the Justice System (This role is Fixed Term for 6 months)

The Whānau Ora Navigator will work alongside whānau to develop plans, support whānau to access resources and services to enable whānau to achieve mana motuhake. Create and maintain strong whakawhanaungatanga and kotahitanga bonds with fellow Whānau Ora providers, and community health, education and wellbeing providers both Māori and mainstream.
