The role
Our hauora services focus on supporting clients to achieve their optimal health potential, and assisting whānau and caregivers to do the same. Our Community Support Workers are integral to this mahi and will ensure safe and appropriate support is given in a client-centred manner. They also contribute to teaching, education, and support to services, so this is a role with plenty of opportunities for variety, challenge, and job satisfaction.

About you
Our successful new nursing team member will have a friendly personality, be a great timekeeper, and have excellent communication skills. The following are also essential requirements:
- Demonstrate Kotahitanga, Manaakitanga and Kaitiakitanga
- Demonstrate knowledge of Tikanga Maori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi as it relates to health, housing and social services provision for Maori.
- Demonstrated experience in working with individuals and whānau of all ages.
- A current New Zealand full driver licence.
