Renee loves learning and growing opportunities. She thrives in environments where she can constantly learn and grow. In her previous role she loved being exposed to different projects and receiving mentorship from experienced work colleagues. It helped her grow both professionally and personally.

Outside of mahi Renee loves spending time with her whānau, kapa haka, and learning Te Reo Māori.

Renee wants to encourage whānau to develop their own solutions and build their capacity and resilience to manage themselves. Her role is to support whānau and move them from a crisis to implementing planning for the future.

Renee has been learning Te Reo Māori for the past 4 years. In her previous role she presented an idea to create a Te Ao Māori de-escalation training for kaimahi all over NZ. The program was successful and become a masterclass for a national family violence prevention organisation.
