Out of Gate Reintegration Facilitator
Key responsibilities
- Support access to housing, employment, education, and training
- Connect whaiora with health, mental health, and addiction services
- Strengthen whānau and community connections
- Build life skills and support navigation of services (e.g. WINZ, IRD)
- Promote cultural identity, wellbeing, and goal setting
About you
- Experience working in social services, justice, or with vulnerable communities
- Strong understanding of reintegration challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Culturally competent, with understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Relevantqualification (or equivalent experience) in social work, counselling, or similar
