We are seeking a Pou Ārahi to provide operational leadership, advocacy, and guidance within this new service. This role will help connect, support, and uplift navigation providers, ensuring that the service remains high-quality, whānau-centred, and grounded in mana-to-mana practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to deliver a high-quality, whānau-centred ACC Navigation Service.
• Strengthen connections across providers, keeping them informed and supported.
• Lead complex navigation cases and oversee the Kaupapa Māori ACC Navigation Service in collaboration with Te Kupenga Hauora Ahuriri and partners.
• Support staff development through ongoing learning, orientation, and mentoring.
• Monitor service performance and champion the whānau voice through feedback and reporting.
